STRATEGIC SPRINTS
Intensive 2-4 week projects working on a specific challenge. This gives you full focus on the decision that has been waiting too long. And a result your team can put to work the next day.
When speed matters,
but guessing alone can obviously get expensive.
You have a concrete product challenge to solve, but not the time for months of debate, vague consulting, or lengthy processes of trial and error?
Strategic Sprints bring focused outside perspective, sharp thinking, and practical outcomes, allowing you to cut through complexity fast, make the right calls, and leaving you with a clear path forward.
Sounds familiar?
Some product questions don’t need months of support, they need a few weeks of undivided attention.
A Strategic Sprint is built for exactly these moments:
- A major release or version jump is coming, and the plan doesn’t hold yet.
- Your pricing has grown historically, and nobody wants to touch it.
- The go-to-market for a new product is still a list of ideas.
- Your organisation has outgrown its structure, and every product decision takes three rounds of alignment.
What you get
In a Strategic Sprint, Product Rocker works full-time on one clearly defined question and brings in specialists from The Crëw where the topic requires it.
The sprint ends with a concrete result: A strategy document, a roadmap or an implementation plan – developed together with your team, so it fits your reality from the first day.
- Product strategy and positioning
- Roadmap and prioritisation
- Pricing and packaging
- Go-to-market strategy
- Organisational design for product teams
- Release preparation and major version jumps
How it works
- Discovery. Interviews with your team and customers, a look at your data and a sharp definition of the question.
- Strategy. Options, trade-offs and a decision, worked out in workshops with the people who will carry it out.
- Planning. The decision turns into a roadmap or implementation plan with clear responsibilities.
- Handover. Your team takes over the result; follow-up sessions help with the questions that only come up during implementation.

Who it’s for
Tech Founder & Product Leaders: A Strategic Sprint fits Tech Founders and Product Leaders who know exactly which question needs answering and want the answer within weeks, not quarters.
Who it’s not for: If the real issue is that nobody leads the product on an ongoing basis, a sprint only treats the symptom. In that case, a Fractional CPO is the better fit.
FAQ
What is a Strategic Sprint?
A Strategic Sprint is a focused engagement of two to four weeks in which Product Rocker works full-time on one concrete product question – product strategy, a roadmap, pricing, go-to-market or organisational design. At the end, you hold a result your team can act on the next day: a strategy document, a roadmap or an implementation plan.
Strategic Sprint or Fractional CPO – which one do we need?
A Strategic Sprint fits when the problem is clearly defined and time-bound, such as preparing a release, planning a major version jump or deciding on a pricing model. If the real issue is that nobody leads the product on an ongoing basis, a Fractional CPO is the better fit – and the Discovery Call is where we find out which of the two it is.
What happens after the sprint?
After a Strategic Sprint, your team owns the result and puts it into practice; 2 follow-up sessions are included so that questions arising during implementation don’t stay open.
How much does a Strategic Sprint cost?
A Strategic Sprint with Product Rocker starts at € 20,000 as a fixed price, agreed before the sprint begins, so the scope is clear from the first day and the invoice holds no surprises.
